- Check the email used at checkout for your shipping confirmation.
- If you don’t see it, check Spam / Promotions.
Tracking not showing updates yet?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipment as the carrier scans the package. If your tracking shows “Label Created,” it typically means the package is prepared and awaiting its first scan.
Delivery marked “Delivered” but you don’t have it
If a carrier marks a package as delivered, please check:
- your mailbox / front desk / leasing office
- nearby doors (misdeliveries happen)
- with household members or neighbors
If it’s still missing, contact the carrier first—then email us so we can assist.
