Orders
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches and holidays, processing may take longer.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is typically 4–10 business days total (processing + shipping), depending on your location and carrier performance.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled or changed.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also use our Track Order page.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Use our Sizing Guide. If you’re unsure, use the coin method and follow the steps exactly.
Can I upload a photo for sizing?
Yes—if you’re unsure, you can upload a clear photo on the product page with a coin for scale. We’ll use it to size your set as accurately as possible for your order.
What if I’m between sizes?
Choose the slightly larger size—you can file gently for a perfect fit.
Press-On Nails
What’s included with my order?
Each product listing shows what’s included with your set. (If your listing includes an application kit, it will be stated on the product page.)
How long do they last?
Wear time varies by prep, application method, and lifestyle. For best wear, follow proper prep and avoid heavy water exposure immediately after application.
Do you accept returns on press-on nails?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails and opened/used items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Jewelry
Can I return jewelry?
Unworn jewelry may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, excluding earrings. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned in resellable condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid harsh chemicals (perfume directly on jewelry, chlorine, cleaning agents) and store pieces in a dry place when not in use.
Support
My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what do I do?
Email support@chicbayofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
How fast do you respond?
We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
