Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may be longer during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.


Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-10 business days depending on your location and the carrier.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also use our Track Order page.


Shipping Delays

We do our best to ship within the timeframe shown at checkout. If we can’t ship within the stated timeframe (or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated), we’ll contact you with an update and options. 


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, your package may be delayed or returned. If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, you may be responsible for the reshipping cost.


Lost / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss. If your package is missing, contact the carrier first; if you need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
