All Sales & Hygiene Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails and any opened or used items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the issue (product + packaging).
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit (and in some cases, a refund) depending on the situation. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Sizing & Customization
If you selected the incorrect size, we cannot offer returns due to hygiene reasons. If you upload a sizing photo, we will use it to size your set as accurately as possible for your order; however, fit can vary due to nail shape and measurement conditions.
Jewelry Returns
Unworn jewelry may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, excluding earrings. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
To qualify, items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled or changed.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
